  1. Direct acting solenoid valve

Working principle: After plugging in, the electromagnetic coil will form an electromagnetic force, which lifts the closing member from the valve seat, and the valve is in an open state at this time; when the power is off, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the closing member is pressed by the spring on the valve seat. , the valve is closed at this time.

Features: It can work normally in vacuum, negative pressure and zero pressure environment, but the general diameter will not exceed 25mm.

  1. Distributed direct acting solenoid valve

Working principle: Distributed direct-acting solenoid valve is a combination of pilot-operated and direct-acting. When there is no pressure difference between the inlet and outlet, after the power is turned on, the electromagnetic force will gradually lift the pilot valve and the main valve closing part, and the valve Open. When there is a pressure difference between the inlet and outlet and the starting conditions are met, after plugging in, the electromagnetic force pilots the small valve, the pressure in the lower chamber of the main valve increases, and the pressure in the upper chamber decreases, and the pressure difference is used to push the main valve upwards; when the power is turned off, The pilot valve uses spring force or medium pressure to drive the closing member downward, causing the valve to close.

Features: Zero pressure difference or vacuum, it can also operate at high pressure, but the power is large and must be installed horizontally.

  1. Pilot solenoid valve

Working principle: When the power is turned on, the electromagnetic force will open the pilot hole. At this time, the pressure of the upper chamber decreases rapidly, and a pressure difference between the upper and lower sides is formed around the closing member. The fluid pressure promotes the upward movement of the closing member, making the valve open; When the power is turned off, the pilot hole is closed by the spring force. When the inlet pressure passes through the bypass hole, a pressure difference between low and high will be formed in the vicinity of the closing valve, so the fluid pressure will promote the downward movement of the closing member, causing the valve to close. .

Features: The upper limit of the fluid pressure range is very high, and it can be installed at will (must be customized), but it must meet the requirements of the fluid pressure difference.
